Meet the Founder:

Allie Rose is the founder of TBOYaficionado, a branding and consultancy firm rooted in strategy, storytelling, and creative development. Before launching in 2013, she spent years in fashion retail merchandising with renowned brands including J.Crew, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch.

In 2016, she partnered with beauty icon Bobbi Brown to launch the justBOBBI concept shops with Lord & Taylor and again in 2020 for the debut of Jones Road Beauty. Her work also includes e-commerce merchandising for GOOP, brand identity for Mara Brock Akil’s production company, story27, and The Writers’ Colony, as well as concept, creative, and product development for the launch of ITLOM.

Allie collaborates with founders, brands, and creative visionaries to bring ideas to life through partnerships, experiences, and thoughtful brand-building. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, shaping projects across industries. Allie approaches every project with the belief that great brands don’t just sell—they inspire, resonate, and endure.
