Meet the FOunder:

Allie Rose founded TBOYaficionado, a branding and consultancy firm that caters to beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Before starting her agency in 2013, she held merchandising roles in the fashion retail industry, working with renowned brands like JCrew, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch. In 2016, Allie worked alongside beauty icon Bobbi Brown to launch the justBOBBI concept shop in partnership with Lord & Taylor and, again, in 2020, to launch Jones Road Beauty.

Allie loves collaborating with like-minded brands, focusing on inclusion, strategic partnerships, creative direction, event activations, ideation, and production.
