Allie Rose founded TBOYaficionado, a branding and consultancy agency serving beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Before launching in 2013, she held merchandising roles in the fashion retail industry, working with renowned names such as J.Crew, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch.

In 2016, Allie partnered with beauty icon Bobbi Brown to launch the justBOBBI concept shop with Lord & Taylor—and again in 2020 for the debut of Jones Road Beauty. Her work also includes e-commerce merchandising for GOOP, brand identity for Mara Brock Akil’s production company, story27, and The Writers Colony, as well as concept, creative, and product development for the In The Land Of Mara platform, among other projects.

Allie thrives on collaborating with like-minded brands, bringing a thoughtful approach to inclusion, strategic partnerships, creative development, experiential activations, and event production.
